Accor has already started work on the 583-room Ibis Styles Piccadilly Circus Hotel, which is due to open in 2017.
The group also announced that it will be opening an 80-room hotel in Leicester Square under its MGallery brand by 2016.
The new Ibis Styles Piccadilly Circus will serve breakfast, which is included in the room rate, and have a bar but no full service restaurant.
