Ferry operator LD Lines has introduced new autumn fares on all its cross channel routes - Dover - Boulogne, Newhaven - Dieppe, Portsmouth - Le Havre - and the new Ireland / France service between Rosslare and Cherbourg.
p>Ferry operator LD Lines has introduced new autumn fares on all its cross channel routes - Dover - Boulogne, Newhaven - Dieppe, Portsmouth - Le Havre - and the new Ireland / France service between Rosslare and Cherbourg.Fares on the service between Dover and Boulogne, on the new fast ferry Norman Arrow, start from ?29 single for a car and five passengers and a short break overnighter / day trip fare from ?28 return.
The new high speed Dover - Boulogne service also carries foot passengers on selected sailings, with Boulogne providing the perfect destination to enjoy a day trip or short break excursion without the car. Foot passenger fares start from ?18 return.
Newly introduced to the service is a Premium Lounge upgrade for ?7 per person per sailing, which includes priority boarding, access to an exclusive lounge on board Norman Arrow, one free drink and complimentary newspapers. The Norman Arrow provides a crossing time of one hour and operates four return sailings daily between Dover and Boulogne.
It has also introduced new autumn fares on its Newhaven - Dieppe and Portsmouth - Le Havre routes. Five day return fares start from ?39 each way and short breaks from ?30 each way for a car and two passengers via Newhaven - Dieppe ; Portsmouth - Le Havre from ?49 each way for a five day return and short breaks from ?30 each way for a car and two passengers.
The newly introduced service (starts 19 September) between Rosslare and Cherbourg has available a from 79 euros one way fare for a car and two passengers.
All fares are valid for travel from 2 September to 1 November 2009 and subject to availability.
