A third property in Booby?s Bay, close to Padstow in Cornwall is currently being developed.
As an example of prices a one week stay at Borth Cottage, Abersoch, which sleeps 12 and features its own heli pad, hot tub, sauna and mini-cinema, costs between ?4,500-?6,000 depending on the time of year.
Mid-week and weekend rates are available in low season and are priced from ?2,000 for three nights.
As a special offer a three night break is available for ?1,335 for stays between now and March 2010 excluding Christmas and New Year.
The company offers 10% commission to agents.
