The new experiences have been launched to give holidaymakers a unique insight into the region, visit some of the main attractions, as well as some lesser know places. There will also be the chance to try local food and wine, and see local craftsmen and women at work.

Activities include a one-hour 'Beach Gymnastics' session on Mondays at 09:00; a full day excursion to Mazotos Camel Farm on Tuesdays; a two-hour guided walking tour called ?Larnaka Past & Present? every Wednesday; a 'Traditional Day in Athienou' on Thursdays from 12:00 to 13:30; a two-hour walking tour which takes visitors to the Scala area of town along the Castle seafront to visit hidden pottery workshops every Friday; and a full day 'Larnaka Villages' tour, which takes in some of the region's prettiest mountain villages, including Lefkara and Skarinou, every Saturday.

A 'Musical Sundays' option is also available, where guests can see performances of traditional Cypriot and Greek music and dance on the seafront at Foinikoudes, from 11:00 until 12:00. All activities need to be pre-booked and hotels will issue guests with a voucher to take part.
