The offer is available on Arctic Highlights voyages departing from Gatwick or Manchester on a choice of dates in December 2014.

The itinerary which takes in the northernmost most part of the Hurtigruten journey (from Tromso to Kirkenes back to Tromso) is ideal for those wanting to maximize their time inside the Arctic Circle either in search of the northern lights or sampling activities such as husky sledging or snowmobiling.

A five day ?Arctic highlights? itinerary departing from Manchester on December 14 on the MS Richard With costs ?999 per person. The price includes direct return flights, voyage on half board basis (based on 2 sharing), transfers and one night in a hotel in Tromso.


The half day whale watching excursion normally costs ?159 per person and is an opportunity to see humpback, minke and orca whales in their natural habitat.
