The Hoseasons Group has launched two new France-focused brochures for 2013 from cottages4you and French Country Cottages, both offering reduced deposits of ?25 on all bookings.
Cottages4you?s programme features more than 2,500 properties, 50 of which are new for next year, and the brochure includes introductions to individual regions, offering key highlights in addition to map references. Low, mid and high pricing indicators are also available for easy comparison between properties.
Examples include a property in Rocquecor close to Tournon d?Agenais. Ideal for a couple, the detached, converted windmill sleeps two and offers views across surrounding fields. It is set in an elevated position within a large garden and is 2km from the village of Rocquecor and 12km from Tournon d?Agenais. Prices lead in at ?189 for seven nights, based on a January 5 arrival.
Meanwhile, French Country Cottages? brochure showcases its full range of properties, including 100 new cottages and villas. It includes regional introductions with dedicated pages for Limousin and Midi-Pyr?n?es. Dordogne has also been regrouped with Lot and Lot-et-Garonne, encompassing three areas with similar landscapes, amenities and history.
New properties include the Milly, in Gennes, Maine-et-Loire, Loire Valley. The 16th century property, which is adjoined to the Milly ch?teau, has been restored and furnished in French country style with an open fire. Sleeping up to four people, prices start from ?708 for a seven-night break.
