Prices start from ?620 per week for a week?s stay in a beachside property for four in Corfu.
New properties featured for next year include more than a dozen villas in the Greek Islands, including properties on the islands of Corfu, Lefkada, Paxos and Kefalonia.
As examples, Kalamaki Bay House is situated on the north east coast of Corfu, with a private infinity pool overlooking the bay of Kalamaki. The property can be rented from ?3,530 per week up to ?12,610 per week for up to ten guests sharing and includes a concierge, daily maid service, and in June, July and August, a chef and host.
Corfu also sees the addition of three villas to the company?s collection, located on an olive tree-clad hillside overlooking the harbour village of St Stephano; Fotoula, Stephanos and Eftihia. Each property sleeps up to six guests and has its own private swimming pool. Prices lead in at ?1,265 per week up to ?3,930 per week including car hire, maid service and a welcome hamper.
The company has added five properties in Italy for next year, including one in Tuscany, two in Puglia and two in Umbria. As an example of prices, a week?s stay at Villa Olmo in Umbria costs from ?2,250 per week up to ?4,660 per week, based on up to eight guests sharing.
Other additions include six new properties in France, a handful of new properties in Spain, most notably in Andaluc?a, and four more villas across Barbados, Antigua and St. Lucia. At the top end of the scale is Villa Kathleen in Antigua. The property features a private infinity swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gym, floodlit tennis court and is a five-minute walk from Galley Bay Beach. The luxury villa can be booked from ?10,000 to ?15,000 per week, for up to 14 guests sharing and includes a car & driver, house manager, chef, security, waitress, kitchen assistant, maid, laundress and a gardener.
