The airline will serve the city this year from July 30 until September 6.

An important harbour city, Rijeka lies at the Kvarner Gulf. Its Croatian, Slovenian and Italian name denotes the presence of the Rjecina river which joins the Adria in the city. The third largest city in Croatia, it has a long and varied history, with origins going back to the Stone Age and the Neolithic era. Since 1982 the city has held a yearly carnival, visited by more than 120,000 people.
