Quinn left Thomas Cook in 2000 after 22 years with the company in a number of roles including senior sales positions and development roles. He set up retail agency Avista Travel in 2002 which has now broadened into a number of niche consumer-facing brands including Bridesandbeaches.com and holidays2mauritius.co.uk.

Managing director Matt Stuart said: ?We are delighted to have Tony onboard. His broad experience across the UK travel industry will be an invaluable asset to the Getabed.co.uk team.
