The portal gives agents access to preferred commission rates, trade-only offers, customer support services and on-site tracking of bookings.
Chief executive Daniela Wagner said: ?The trade is a crucial part of our growth strategy and we wanted to ensure that agents have all the tools they need at their fingertips via the new agent portal.
?As well as preferred commission rates they can also access unique and hard-to-source cruise product from all over the world through the portal. Alongside this are destination and vessel information sections to enable agents to tailor the perfect holiday for their clients.?
Special offers for travel agents and an FAQ section are also on the portal as well as a blog and trade forum.
Wagner said: ?We hope that travel agents and their associates, employees or designated representative will participate in the online discussions. Their professional expertise and advice will be invaluable in helping other agents who may be less familiar with small cruise ship products.
?We encourage agents to establish themselves as an ?expert? on a particular topic for the benefit of the whole community.?
