p>Eurostar has unveiled plans for the comprehensive refurbishment of its business lounge in Brussels-Midi, as part of an extensive programme of station improvements to enhance the passenger experience.

The Brussels business lounge, which is now closed to allow the works to be completed, will undergo a complete facelift before it re-opens in October. The look and feel of the area will be completely overhauled with seating capacity increased, Wi-Fi connectivity improved and the lighting upgraded to subtly change in tone throughout the day creating a more welcoming space.

While the lounge is closed, Business Premier passengers and Eurostar Frequent Traveller carte blanche holders can go to the general information desk in the Eurostar departure lounge to pick up vouchers for Wi-Fi and a drink from the Coffee Club caf?, as well as make taxi bookings and collect complimentary newspapers and magazines.

The refurbishment is the latest in a series of improvements underway across Eurostar?s terminals. A new ticket office area at St. Pancras International was recently completed and work has started at Lille Europe station where capacity is being increased in response to demand from passengers using the station to connect by high-speed rail across France.
