Crystal Cruises reaffirms its commitment to the UK travel trade

Following the recent appointment of Andy Harmer as Crystal Cruises? UK director of sales & marketing, the ultra-luxury line says it is re-affirming its commitment to the UK travel trade with the launch of a campaign entitled ?Take A Fresh Look At Crystal Cruises?.

According to the company, this new campaign highlights Crystal Cruises? commitment to work exclusively with the travel trade and comprises number of initiatives aimed at supporting agents.

Agent Roadshows

Four agent roadshows will be taking place this month in Gatwick (14th September), Manchester (23rd September), Belfast (28th September) and Glasgow (30th September).

Agents attending will hear about Crystal?s latest innovations and initiatives as well as the cruiseline?s exciting plans for 2010. There will also be refreshments, product updates, a taste of the Crystal experience and the chance to win a free cruise.

Later this month Crystal Cruises will be launching a new agent website ? www.discovercrystal.co.uk ? which will provide agents with all the information they need to sell the Crystal product.

Also included will be onboard blogs, podcasts and vodcasts, details of any offers or incentives and agent reviews of both Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony.

Agents will also be able to access Crystal Cruises online training programme via the website.

Sell 3 Sail Free

Crystal Cruises is re-launching its ?Sell 3 Sail Free? incentive offering the ultimate reward ? if an agent makes three bookings they automatically qualify for a free cruise for themselves plus a partner.

Most voyages are included in this incentive and qualifying agents will be offered a guaranteed deluxe stateroom with balcony on a cruise of their choice including all meals and soft drinks. This is offer is restricted to one cruise per agent per year.

Other initiatives include the introduction of a weekly e-newsletter and the launch of the 2010 Campaign and Worldwide Cruise Atlas.
