Crystal Cruises enhances services for all-inclusive 2012 programme

Crystal Cruises is enhancing its services and amenities on the its Symphony and Serenity vessels from next spring, where free wines and premium spirits in all restaurants, open bar service in all lounges and pre-paid gratuities for housekeeping, bar and dining staff are being offered.

The free gratuity includes butler service and service in all the specialty restaurants and sushi bar.

 

The new benefits begin with each ship?s first trans-Atlantic cruise next year: Symphony?s 'Beyond the Sea' sailing from Miami to Lisbon on March 19 and Serenity?s 'New World to Norway' voyage from New York to Dover on May 8.

Meanwhile, the company has launched a bespoke campaign for travel agents, whether cruise specialists or new to cruising to encourage agents to sell cruises and reward them for their support. This summer the company will be appointing a new business advisor to deal specifically with new agents and is adjusting its commission levels so that any agent booking a new-to-Crystal guest on any sailing will receive 2% additional commission.In addition, the booking agent will receive ?50 as a reward. The company is also offering agents who have never ? or rarely - worked with the company, a 1% uplift in commission and a guaranteed place on a ship visit either in the UK or in Europe.
