Also available is a six-day Picturesque Rhine cruise round-trip from Frankfurt visiting Andernach, Braubach (home to the medieval Marksburg Castle), Bacharach, Mainz and the historic spa town of Wiesbaden.
There are seven departures in 2014 - May 15 and 21, June 18, July 24, August 20, September 6 and October 15, with prices starting from ?792 (approximately ?680).
Meanwhile, an eight-day cruise round-trip from Frankfurt taking in the Romantic Rhine and Picturesque Mosel offers a diversity of landscapes and a wealth of heritage. Highlights include Mainz and the Gutenberg Museum, Cochem and the Reichsburg Castle, Idar-Obserstein ? capital of the gemstone industry, the medieval city of Alzey and the historic spa town of Wiesbaden. There are four departures - June 11, July 17, August 13 and October 8, with prices from ?1,087 (approximately ?932).
