Ski holiday packages with Cosmos, ski flights with Avro Flights and accommodation with somewhere2stay are all accessible via the operator?s new trade portal www.cosmosagents.co.uk providing an easy-to-use holiday search and booking process for each company.

 

Packaged with flights from Manchester and Gatwick to Barcelona, newly featured resorts in Andorra include Pas de la Casa, El Tarter, Soldeu and Incles in the Grandvalira ski area offering value for beginner and intermediate skiers. Andorra with its lively apr?s ski scene appeals to the youth market with prices starting from ?295 per person including flights and seven nights? self-catering accommodation.

 

In Italy, newly introduced Livigno offers high altitude skiing in a traditional mountain resort setting with modern facilities and a lively apr?s ski scene due to its tax-free status.

 

Lavarone is also new to the programme, offering modern snow-making facilities to boost the natural snowfall as well as a snowpark for boarders. A seven-night stay departing on January 10 from Manchester to Verona costs from ?279 including flights, seven nights? half-board accommodation at Monteverde Hotel in Lavarone and transfers. Early bookers can take advantage of a deposit of ?59 per person as well as free ski or snowboard carriage on bookings made before October 31.

 

Kim Barber, the operator?s product and commercial manager, said: ?Building on the success of our first full ski programme last year, we have refined our product range to add to the choice of picturesque resorts, excellent ski areas and good quality hotel accommodation at great value prices.

 

?The appeal of Andorra with its good value apr?s ski scene, fantastic choice of skiing in the Grandvalira ski area and charming villages is clear. Families can take advantage of the two ski-kindergartens and a special children?s activity ski course in Soldeu with the whole area having great appeal for both beginners and intermediate skiers.?

 

All holidays include resort transfers and 20 kilos of hold luggage as standard in the base price. Customers can pre-book a range of extras such as equipment hire, lessons and ski passes. Six-day ski tuition is available from ?92 per adult or child, while six-day ski set hire, including boots, skis and poles, is available from ?50 per adult and ?23 per child. Six-day lift passes are available from ?110 per adult and ?77 per child.

 

Meanwhile, sister company Avro Flights has launched its full range of ski flights for winter 2014/15 to include Barcelona, Friedrichshafen, Grenoble, Munich, Innsbruck, Verona and Venice.

Lead-in prices are from ?74 per person from Gatwick to Barcelona return, from ?66 from Gatwick to Grenoble, from ?78 from Manchester to Friedrichshafen and from ?78 from Manchester to Venice.
