The cruises depart from Tilbury on February 16 and March 2 and 16 for 14 nights on Marco Polo.
From the West Country there is a choice of two 15-night departures on Discovery from Bristol - Avonmouth on February 24 and March 11, with prices also starting from ?999 per person. The March 11 cruise can also be joined in Liverpool the following day or by coach transfer from Hull.
The ports of call vary slightly on each departure but all head up to the Norwegian coastline and across the Arctic Circle in search of the Aurora Borealis. The cruise includes visits to Narvik, Alta and Troms?, with an overnight stay in Alta and an opportunity to see polar wildlife and winter landscapes including the Svartisen Glacier, as well as a chance to visit the Igloo Hotel.
Prices are based on two sharing an inner cabin on a full board basis and include afternoon tea and late night snacks. Daytime activities, a guest speaker programme, evening ?big show? entertainment, complimentary tea and coffee (06:00-22:00) and porterage of luggage is also included in the price.
