Highlights of the tour include exploring Quito by foot on a walking tour; a visit to the markets; Ceviche making and dinner with Ben; visits to Cotopaxi National Park, Cuenca and Guayaquil; and a five-day cruise to explore The Galapagos Islands, Santa Cruz Island and Espanola Island.
