p>Following a 15% increase in visitors to its dedicated travel agent website and a 38% increase in online bookings, Bourne Leisure has launched a re-designed website to help agents keep up to date with latest news and make bookings for its three brands.

The newly designed website links directly to the booking engines so agents can book Butlins, Haven and Warner Leisure Hotels online with ease seven days a week, 24 hours a day.

Warner Leisure Hotels? new booking engine also offers agents a quicker process and greater detail on the accommodation grades and experiences available for guests. The site features completely new sections on each of the brands including Big Weekends so agents can increase their knowledge on accommodation, facilities and entertainment at the Resorts, Parks and Hotels.

To further product knowledge, agents can also request day passes and be the first to hear about fantastic educational offers. Window offers are updated weekly, can be searched for by region, brand, resort, park or hotel, providing a time saving search function, and can be personalised by agency. There is a dedicated marketing support section where agents can download the latest leaflets, posters and blank window cards. If agents have a consumer facing website, the affiliate section highlights the benefits of being an affiliate partner and how easy it is for agents to earn commission while they sleep!

Staff offers and the latest incentives are also a key element of the site with savings of up to 40% to be made. To encourage agents to visit the new look website, Bourne Leisure is offering them the chance to win ?50 of High Street Vouchers! Agents simply need to find the Butlins, Haven and Warner daffodils on the site and complete the online form with the names of the pages where they appear. Allan Lambert, Head of Retail Sales, comments: ?Through research we understand how important websites are for agents to keep up to date with latest news, to get instant quotes and make bookings for their customers.

Travel Agents are extremely important to us and as such we will continue to invest to make sure we offer the very best site possible. ?We hope the developments to our agency sales website will encourage agents to use the website as a sales tool and to book even more Butlins, Haven and Warner Leisure Hotels online in 2010.?
