The group has signed a MoU with La Quinta Real Estate Group to open the Angsana Real de la Quinta Benahavis Marbella resort and residences in 2026.
The development, which will mark the group’s debut in Spain, will include a hotel, branded residences, apartments and commercial space. The resort will boast incredible views of the Alboran Sea and the rolling hills surrounding the Real de la Quinta residential community.
In addition to the 90 nature-integrated guestrooms and suites, the hotel will also feature three dining venues; spa and kids’ club, adult and family pools; and a wedding amphitheatre. The branded Angsana residences, which are available in two or three bed configurations, will include amenities such as a private courtyard, swimming pool, parking, daily housekeeping and maintenance services.
