?The floods were due to the unprecedented amount of rain fall over the past few days. As many will know Madeira heavily relies on tourism for its economy and the last thing we want now is for people to stop visiting the island. Today?s flights to Madeira operated as normal and all the hotels we feature have not been affected by the floods?.

To help stimulate the market, Atlantic Holidays has reduced the prices of many of its holidays in the coming weeks with savings of up to ?189 per person.
