p>AmaWaterways has devised a new four part training programme to enable?agents to enhance their product knowledge of the companys?ships and cruises in Europe, Russia and the Mekong. The programme is available as a printed manual to be used as part of the company?s agents? in-house training programme.
It is also being hosted on the online ACE Cruise Academy allowing ACE travel agent members to achieve 15 accreditations towards their ACE profile when they achieve a pass rate of 80% or more.
Each module concludes with a multiple choice and true/false question and answer section to test agents??knowledge.
