Whilst the first three months of the year saw room revenues at the five-star development increase by 77%, a further 20% increase in room revenue over the summer season is expected over the coming months.

Furthermore, of more than 3,500 five-star sleeper nights booked in Dubrovnik from January to March, the property captured 75% of this growth as reported by the Dubrovnik Tourist Board.

Meanwhile, the Croatian Bureau of Statistics reports that international tourist arrivals are forecast to total 16,740,000 by 2021.
