A new sales executive role will expand the trade sales team, with a bumper programme of fam trips and ship visits reflecting the brands support for agents.
APT & Travelmarvel is reinforcing its trade-first strategy with bolstered investment into supporting its agent partners for 2023.
The river, cruise, small ship, expedition cruise and touring specialist will host over 70 agents on fam trips and ship visits over the calendar year, and is recruiting for a newly-created sales executive role to reinforce its agent support.
“We’re putting some serious investment behind the trade in 2023,” said Brad Bennetts, APT & Travelmarvel’s head of sales & business development.
“Getting agent partners aboard our industry-leading fleet to experience #TheAPTDifference first hand is the best way to increase their knowledge and understanding of our product and outstanding new ships.”
The programme will see twice as many agents on board than 2019's fam trips and ship visits, and three times as many as 2022.
Ships hosting agents this year will include Travelmarvel's three Contemporary river ships: Polaris, Vega and Capella.
