The 100 agents joining Riviera Travel on board represents a 60% rise on 2023's fam invitations, with river cruise options bringing agents along for sailings on the Rhône and Seine, with tours on the continent also set to take place.

The invitationals hope to bolster the operator's trade bookings, which are already up 50% year-on-year.
Vicky Billing, the recently-promoted head of trade and partnerships at Riviera Travel, said the fams will "showcase all the elements that make Riviera unique" and emphasised that "experiencing our product first-hand is the best way for travel agents to improve their knowledge and consequently boost their Riviera sales."
