NH Hotels & Resorts has strengthened its footprint in Scandinavia with the launch of NH Copenhagen Grand Joanne, its second property in the Danish capital and third in the Nordic region
This follows the successful openings of NH Collection Copenhagen and NH Collection Helsinki Grand Hansa, reinforcing parent company Minor Hotels’ commitment to expanding across Europe’s most vibrant cities.
Located in the heart of Copenhagen’s lively Vesterbro district, the hotel occupies a 19th-century building that has welcomed guests since 1928. Following a major renovation completed in 2023, the property now offers a contemporary yet character-filled experience where Scandinavian minimalism meets modern hospitality.
NH Copenhagen Grand Joanne features 162 rooms and suites. Guests seeking added comfort can opt for the hotel’s penthouse suites, which boast private terraces and sweeping city views.
Beyond leisure, the hotel is equipped to host a range of events. Its flexible meeting and event spaces include a glass-walled courtyard pavilion, stylish boardrooms, and a private dining room, all equipped with advanced media tech and ambient lighting.
