Etihad’s renowned long-haul luxury is now available on its brand-new short-to-medium-haul aircraft featuring spacious suites and lie-down beds

The new standard of single-aisle flying will debut on Etihad’s new Airbus A321LR, promising the airline’s signature luxury and first-class experience on a narrowbody aircraft.

Etihad’s A321LR introduces the new First Suite concept – a private space with a sliding door, lie-flat bed and elevated dining. With only two First Suites onboard, guests can enjoy an ultra-premium experience normally reserved for long-haul journeys. The Suites also come equipped with additional space for a companion, a 20” 4K entertainment screen and Bluetooth pairing.

Business class has also received an upgrade with new wide-body style seats in a 1-1 configuration with 14 fully-flat beds. Each seat includes a 17.3” 4K screen, Bluetooth headphone pairing, wireless charging ports and ample personal storage.

In Economy, 144 seats offer up to 5” recline with enhanced ergonomics for a more comfortable journey. Sitting at 18.4”, the seats are one of the widest Economy options in the industry.

Antonoaldo Neves, CEO of Etihad Airways, said, “The A321LR is an amazing aircraft which proves our commitment to luxury, customer experience, and connectivity […]  we've taken the luxury experience which we are famed for on our widebody fleet and adapted it to offer guests the same experience in a single-aisle aircraft – all while keeping them seamlessly connected with superfast, streaming Wi-Fi throughout the journey.”
