Aspire Lounges announces opening new lounge at Edinburgh Airport

Global aviation services firm Swissport has announced the opening of a new Aspire Lounge at Edinburgh Airport, featuring a refreshed look and feel.

The new lounge, which seats 142, has been designed to offer passengers a comfortable start to their journey, with uninterrupted runway views, separate booths for business and family passengers and private washroom facilities.

DV8 Designs has been tasked with the designing of the lounge. They made a contemporary, high spec lounge textured with traditional patterned fabrics and featuring the artwork of iconic scenes from the city. Open to all travellers irrespective of airline or travel class booked, it offers unlimited free WIFI, plush seating with tableside charging facilities and food cooked fresh on-site and served on marble countertops.

The food includes pancakes at breakfast, a cheeseboard and hot and cold meals throughout the day. A comprehensive bar offer includes the exclusive to Aspire Lounges Spey Whisky and Byron?s Gin.

It looks excellent and has already received great feedback from passengers who have had time to enjoy the new surroundings and relax ahead of their flights.?

The lounge will be open to guests booked using ExecutiveLounges.com, membership schemes such as DragonPass and PriorityPass.
