Aer Lingus to offer value fares to North America

Irish flag carrier Aer Lingus is offering good fares on routes across North America in celebration of Halloween this Autumn.

Guests looking to head to the US and Canada will be able to avoid tricky ticket combinations and treat themselves to Aer Lingus value fares across the Atlantic, with easy access through its extensive route network to major shopping malls across North America for bargain-hunting shopaholics to celebrate Black Friday.

The fantastic festive fares also enable guests to spend a traditional white Christmas in New England, in New York, Boston, Philadelphia or Toronto – or for sunseekers to fly to Florida to soak up the winter sun via Miami or Orlando.

Ireland’s only four-star airline is offering flights from just £199 to New York (including all taxes and charges, when booked as part of a return trip).

The airline’s guests can fly from 16 top UK airports to North America, via Dublin and speed through US pre-clearance facilities to continue their onward journeys across the Atlantic.

Fares to New York on the East Coast start from just £199* from London Heathrow, Gatwick, Birmingham, Manchester, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Bristol, Cardiff, the Isle of Man, Leeds Bradford, Newcastle and Southampton airports.

Chicago can be reached from Cardiff from £199 and for £209 from Birmingham, Manchester, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Bristol, Leeds Bradford, Newcastle, Southampton and for just £10 more from £219, if departing from London Heathrow, Gatwick, London City or Aberdeen.

The West Coast and sunny LA have flights available from £219 from Bristol and Cardiff from £229 from London Heathrow, Gatwick, London City, Birmingham, Manchester, Edinburgh and Glasgow. Prices start from £239 from Leeds Bradford, Newcastle, Southampton, while tickets cost from £259 from Aberdeen, and £279 from the Isle of Man.

UK guests flying to North America with Aer Lingus can pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Dublin before stepping onboard their transatlantic flight. This means they can arrive as domestic passengers on arrival Stateside, skipping lengthy queues for a swift and smooth welcome to the US.

Economy guests on long-haul routes can benefit from a generous 23kg baggage allowance, complimentary in-flight dining, a wide choice of drinks, and 120-hours of the very best in-flight entertainment plus WiFi access.

Flying Business Class, guests can enjoy fully lie-flat seats, fine wines, champagne and luxury cuisine as part of their flying experience together with complimentary WiFi. The complimentary baggage allowance enables each guest to check-in three bags, weighing a combined allowance of 69kg.
