Bali goes on the road for UK partners

The Bali Tourism Board has been visiting Manchester, Bristol, Gatwick and Central London to meet face to face with licensed UK tour operators and ATOL members to present new destinations in a programme named ?A Different Side of Paradise?.

Gilda Sagrado, the board?s representative presenting at the February roadshow, said: ?Listening to our UK partners, Bali has put together a programme to introduce new destinations in Bali, in addition to the traditional beaches of Kuta, Sanur and Nusa Dua,? said Gilda Sagrado, the board?s representative presenting at the February roadshow.

?Bali Tourism Board understands that we have to offer fresh new ideas into current tours available to UK travellers.

"We want to maintain our good arrival numbers from UK and therefore these new destinations as well as specialised tours of spa, yoga and community-based programmes are specially aimed to support high arrival numbers from UK.?

At last month's roadshow the tourism board was accompanied by 12 Bali companies consisting of operators, accommodation providers and an airline. A fam trip for UK operators will be organised in the second quarter of 2018 along with individual press trips.
