TUI UK adds Marsa Alam to summer 2020 programme from Manchester

TUI UK has announced a new destination, Marsa Alam (Egypt), to its summer 2020 programme from Manchester Airport.

The first TUI flight to Marsa Alam from Manchester will depart on May 6, 2020, and will operate once a week on a Wednesday.

Manchester Airport will also see an increase in the frequency of flights to Puerto Vallarta (Mexico) giving holidaymakers more choice when booking next year’s summer holiday. The airline will offer seven, 10, 11 and 14 night durations for holidaymakers, with the option of two different flights per week departing from Manchester.

Karen Switzer, TUI UK&Ireland’s director of aviation planning, said: “We are delighted that our summer 2020 holidays are now on sale. The new route to Marsa Alam from Manchester provides holidaymakers with even more choice when deciding where to go next summer on holiday.

“As the market leader in Mexico the additional flying days added to the Puerto Vallarta programme provide holidaymakers in the North West with greater flexibility on durations and more opportunity to experience our wide range of hotel concepts and destinations.”

Stephen Turner, commercial director at Manchester Airport. added: “It’s great to see TUI launch new destinations from Manchester Airport for 2020. I am sure these routes will be incredible popular, and will please the 22 million passengers in our vast catchment area.”
