Making bookings easier for travel agents, Titan Travel has launched its first ever trade bookable website, complete with a fresh new look, enhanced usability and more user-friendly features.
A first for the operator, the function to be able to independently book online has been added to the new trade-facing site, however, if required, the Agency Sales and Reservations team will still be on hand at any time to answer any agent queries.
The operator has also introduced the ability to immediately download and print all travel documents for every booking made online. This time-saving feature allows for a more seamless experience for both agents and customers, meaning they no longer have to wait for documents to arrive by post.
Users can now easily navigate updated sections, view and download recent brochures, download the latest window posters, manage bookings, and view current incentives.
Edwina Coppock, head of trade sales for the company, said: ?This is something we have been working on for a while and I am very excited that it is now ready for agents to use and make the booking process easier than ever, especially with the busy Peaks period fast approaching.?
