Royal Caribbean Group has further extended its Cruise with Confidence cancellation policy to sailings through April 2022
Guests will now have the flexibility to cancel a cruise booking even up to 48 hours prior to sailing, with a full credit return of the fare for future cruise, till April 2022.
The cruise company has enhanced Cruise with Confidence with customer-friendly rebooking options, such as Best Price Guarantee or Lift and Shift.
The policies are pertinent and quite essential to keep the customers coming back to Royal Caribbean Group. While Best Price Guarantee allows guests to choose another promotional offer, priced differently, even after their reservation, up to 48 hours before their cruise; Lift and Shift, as the name suggests, will provide travellers with the option to reallocate their itinerary, to a future date, with the same price and promotional offer. The duration and accommodation category will also remain the same, provided it is changed, as least 48 hours prior to sailing.
The policy applies to all cruises with sailing dates on or before April 2022 and across the company?s global brands, such as Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Azamara.
?Guests are reacting positively to our Cruise with Confidence policy,? says RCL chairman and CEO Richard Fain. ?It enables them to make informed decisions and manage complicated travel plans effectively, during this time of uncertainty,? he added.
Cruise with Confidence applies to existing cruise bookings as well as those made by August 1 2020. ?In addition to easing the worries of guests, who have already booked a trip; the policy enhances consumer confidence to schedule new bookings, knowing that last-minute travel adjustments are allowed,? Fain says.
