Regent Holidays launches new group tours for 2020

Regent Holidays has announced its biggest selection of small group tours yet for 2020 as the operator approaches its 50th anniversary.

The tours range from short breaks in the Russian Arctic to longer adventures, including winter trips filled with action-packed itineraries showcasing the Arctic Circle in the summer, and in-depth tours to Russia, Eastern Europe and beyond. Group sizes range from five to sixteen, and there are no single supplements on several trips.

Andrea Godfrey, general manager of the tour operator, said: ?We are very pleased to be heading towards our 50th year offering more tours than ever before ? particularly with such a large portfolio in Svalbard. This expansion is based on feedback and would suit agents who have regular touring clients that are starting to feel they've been everywhere and seen it all, with some very unusual options available.?

'Winter Adventures in Murmansk' is a five-day trip to the Russian Arctic, with experiences including visiting the world's first nuclear ice-breaker, admiring beautiful ice carvings at the Snow Village in Kirovsk, meeting indigenous Sami people and taking a husky sledge ride.
