MARITIM completes refurbishment of Hotel Stuttgart

MARITIM Hotels has come to the end of a major refurbishment programme on its property in Stuttgart.

The hotel has undergone a thorough make over with all 555 bedrooms and suites, bathrooms, the kitchens, the conference rooms and public areas renovated and upgraded.

Over the course of 12 months, each of the bedrooms and suites have been enhanced with beige and anthracite chosen as the primary colours, creating a sophisticated look, and flat screen TVs introduced. The lobby has been transformed with new mocha floor tiles and chandeliers, forming a modern feel, while the remaining public areas and the conference rooms also boast a smart new look. Both the rotisserie and Reuchlin restaurants have been upgraded, and the company also renovated the underground car park.

Mark Spivey, director of international sales for the company, commented: ?The refurbishment programme at the MARITIM Hotel Stuttgart was extensive with the whole hotel elegantly enhanced and modernised. The results are outstanding. ?As Germany?s largest privately owned hotel operator it is important that we retain our leading position within the global hotel industry and as such, we have invested significantly in this property in Stuttgart so that it is set apart from its competitors in the city and can meet the aspirational needs of its German and international guests.?

Centrally located, the hotel is a short distance from the city centre beside the culture and conference centre ?The Liederhalle? and overlooks Hoppenlau Park.
