Just You and Travelsphere doubles trade team

Travelsphere and Just You have doubled the size of its trade team over the last 12 months, thanks to the increasing demand for its holidays from the travel trade.

Polly Poulton will be looking after trade partners based in South England, with Graham Bishop joining the key account manager team on a permanent basis and concentrating his efforts in the East of England.

Travelsphere recently launched its small-group promise, with a maximum of 35 people on its touring holidays, while Just You continues to head the solo touring market.

Alastair Campbell, managing director of Travelsphere and Just You, said: “We are continuing to see unprecedented travel trade growth, which is a direct result of a number of recent changes that we have made, namely setting up our dedicated team in our Contact Centre to support trade, along with our Rock Solid Guarantees on all of our bookings, meaning the travel trade can book with confidence with both Travelsphere and Just You.

“Travelsphere’s small group promise has been extremely popular, we have put a maximum group size of 35 on all of our touring holidays, though many of them have a maximum of 15, 20, 25 or 30 customers.”

Alongside Graham and Polly, the team, headed by Sarah Weetman, consists of key account managers Darry Gardener (South West & Wales), John Docherty (Scotland & Northern Ireland), Phil Shipman (North West & Midlands) and Rachel Mould (North East)

Both the companies have a free, priority phone number, meaning that when calls come in from agents they are answered by a specialist team member who can promptly handle a booking or support the agent as required.

Alastair added: “Our trade partners are key to the future of Just You and Travelsphere, hence the reason why we have doubled the size of the team over the last year, our investment in the team means we are able to really support our trade partners, who in turn will be able to grow their own business.”

The dedicated phone numbers are: Travelsphere – 080-0088 5883 and Just You – 080-0098 8912.
