Since the launch of its new-look Package Pal system last month, Jetset and its field sales team have been on the road, meeting and training with 250 agents.

The operator is celebrating 50 years of operations in 2018, with the complete overhaul of its Package Pal system one of the latest developments designed to upgrade the experience for travel agents.

Originally launched in 2011, Package Pal - a dynamic booking tool which allows agents to book fully flexible and ATOL protected packages to both short- and long-haul destinations – has benefitted from what has been termed as the ‘Seven-Year-Itch’ on JETS, complete with a cutting edge redesign.

The company has also been conducting online webinars as an alternative way of training with agents at a time that proves most convenient for them. The operator reports an average of six online training webinars per week, from tailored one-to-ones to more than 21 in attendance.
