Jet2 kicks off new holiday campaign

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays have launched a new national advertising campaign making use of the popular 'hold my hand' concept to target more holidaymakers.

The company launched five new TV adverts this month, three for Jet2holidays and two for Jet2.com. Each advert is accompanied by the track 'Hold My Hand' by Jess Glynne and showcases the fun couples and families can experience during their holiday.

The integrated brand campaign will be supported by radio, digital, out of home, and social media campaigns as well two online competitions offering customers the chance to win a getaway to one of the five-star hotels in Gran Canaria that feature in the new advert.

Steve Heapy, CEO of the airlines and tour operator, said: “We are very excited to be launching these new Jet2.com and Jet2holidays adverts, which continue to capture the spirit of our award-winning airline and package holiday business. This integrated national campaign really demonstrates the memories that couples and families make when on holiday, and with summer behind us, it launches at the perfect time to inspire holidaymakers to plan their next trip with us.

"At Jet2.com and Jet2holidays we take great pride in offering every single customer our VIP service, alongside benefits such as friendly flight times, free Resort Flight Check-in, low £60 per person deposit and free child places. On top of these benefits and with more two- to five-star hotels on sale than ever for Summer 19, we are very confident that this advert and the evolution of the ‘hold my hand’ concept will be a significant factor in the continued success of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays.”
