ITC Luxury Travel has acquired Western and Oriental?s four travel businesses - Rainbow Tours, Regent Holidays, Villa Select and Western & Oriental - after a multi-million pound deal.
Following this acquisition, the combined turnover of the enlarged travel group will exceed ?75million and the group will generate proforma profit of circa ?3.5m. This follows ITC Luxury Travel's most successful year, which saw a turnover of ?47m and a profit of ?1.7m.
