ICON Park, Orlando unveils two new attractions for 2020

ICON Park, Orlando is thrilled to announce two new attractions for thrill-seekers ? the Orlando Slingshot and the Orlando Gyro Drop Tower.

Considered the world's tallest slingshot, the Orlando Slingshot is 300 feet in height. Riders will experience the adrenaline rush of a lifetime as they are catapulted 450 feet into the air ? nearly 50 stories high. It will feature innovative dual-loading, allowing guests to be loading while another is experiencing the attraction.

The OrlandoGyroDropTower will raise riders above the ICON Park skyline, reaching 400 feet in height. The attraction begins as the ride gyrates around the tower until it reaches the top. It will then take a freefall 350 feet, traveling up to 75 miles per hour.

Scheduled to open in 2020, the two attractions are owned by Slingshot Group of Companies.
