Emerald Waterways is offering savings of up to £1,000 on Emerald Harmony

Emerald Waterways' new Star-Ship Emerald Harmony is set to begin sailings along the Mekong River in less than a month.

Celebrating the launch in Southeast Asia, the cruise operator is offering savings of up to £1,000 per person and free onboard drinks packages are available for new bookings made on selected dates until August 31, 2019.

A new time-lapse video of the ship build is also released.

Catering to 84 guests, the Star-Ship provides spacious suites and public areas. It includes sun and pool decks, a wellness area with spa, the Horizon Bar & Lounge, and Reflections restaurant. Exclusive to Emerald Harmony is the Lotus Lounge. The ship has been designed to cruise in to the heart of Ho Chi Minh City.

Emerald Harmony is the river cruise operator’s eighth Star-Ship, and the first to operate outside of Europe. Its sister Star-Ships currently sail a range of cruises along the Rhone, Douro, Rhine and Danube rivers with visits to Bulgaria, France, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Spain and Switzerland.

By booking now in the lead-up to the launch, guests can enjoy some amazing savings and know they will be among the very first people to enjoy an incredible Vietnam and Cambodia experience onboard the regions newest ship.”

The 15-day Majestic Mekong river cruise starts with a three-night hotel stay in Siem Reap, before joining the Emerald Harmony Star-Ship in Prek’kdam. The sailing continues through Cambodia onto Kampong Tralach and Phnom Penh before crossing into Vietnam stopping at Long Khanh and My Tho. After disembarking the ship, guests will enjoy a two-night hotel stay in Ho Chi Minh City before flying home.

Highlights include a visit to My An Hung village, a trip to the Killing Fields and Tourl Sleng Genocide Museum and a Phnom Penh Tuk-Tuk drive by night. Prices start from £2,995 per person (based on December 10, 2019 departure).

Prices include return flights, transfers, nights onboard a Star-Ship and/or hotels as stated, all tipping and gratuities, food and selected drinks onboard, shore excursions and exclusive onboard events and experiences.
