Elounda Beach Hotel and Villas have opened up for the summer season with a thorough health and safety programme in place.
The team at Elounda has created the Elounda Beach Safe Stay programme, which aims to implement effective measures, aligned with the Greek government?s advice. The hotel reopened on July 3.
The hotels have employed advanced technology, such as electrostatic sprayers and vapour steam cleaners. The staff at the resort have received training from University Hospital Crete to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by taking precautionary measures. The property offers accommodation for couples and families, such as family suites, multi-bedroom villas and waterfront bungalows with views of the Aegean Sea, and in close proximity to the white sandy beaches and fragrant gardens. The accommodation offers enough space for social distancing, with options that include generous terraces or landscaped gardens, panoramic sea views and private heated pools. Guests will be expected to maintain a minimum social distance between their sun beds and umbrellas at the beach.
