CMV extends Boxing Day sale

Cruise and Maritime Voyages (CMV) is extending their Boxing Day sale by an extra week until Monday, January 13.

Marco Polo sails from Bristol Avonmouth on April 7 along the River Seine to Rouen, calling in Honfleur, Guernsey and Cobh, Ireland. Fares are available from£379 per person.

Lisa Jacobs, sales director of the cruise line, said: “Response to our sale has been greater than we could have possibly imagined.. We are seeing record numbers of bookings. Following feedback from the travel trade and many of our regular passengers we have made the decision to extend the sale to give people more time to pick up an early good value offer on a wide range of cruises in 2020.”

Among the other sale fares on offer is a 12-night cruise onboard Magellan sailing from London Tilbury from March 4 to Iceland in search of the Northern Lights, with fares available from £699 per person. Magellan sails from London Tilbury, from March 31, on an 11-night British Isles cruise with fares available from £599 per person.

For those is search of sunshine, Marco Polo sails on a two-week cruise from Bristol Avonmouth, March 24, calling at the Azores, Madeira and Lisbon, fares are available from £739 per person. Astoria sails from April 6 on an Easter cruise from Poole exploring the Scottish Lochs and Emerald Isle with fares available from £599 per person.

These fares include accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea and late night snacks plus self-service tea & coffee.

The fares quoted are based on two people sharing a twin inner cabin and include delicious full board cuisine, afternoon teas and late night snacks, Captain’s Cocktail Party, complimentary tea & coffee 6am to midnight, big show entertainment, cabarets and classical interludes, daytime activities and leisure facilities, guest speaker and arts & crafts, porterage of luggage, port to cabin and port taxes.
