Canadian Affair launches sales to the travel trade

Canadian Affair is broadening its channels of distribution with the launch of a major travel trade sales programme.

Delivering rate parity and extensive availability, the tour operator will look to help create bespoke holiday experiences and packages for its travel trade partners and their customers across Canada.

Sales to the trade will launch next month and, in early November, the company will launch an online trade portal enabling agents to browse, explore and book holidays and flights to Canada.

Chris Hedley, managing director of the company, said: ?As one of the leading tour operators to Canada and with over 20 years? experience, it?s a natural evolution for Canadian Affair to broaden its distribution strategy and offer our expertise to the travel trade. Our highly competitive remuneration packages have already enabled us to conclude agreements with a number of trade partners with multiple outlets across the UK, and we are in advanced talks with several more.?

In the coming year, the operator is also planning a wide range of activity for its travel trade partners, including roadshow events across the UK, and a series of fam trips to different parts of Canada to showcase its versatility and appeal as a holiday destination.
