Australia Zoo is running a koala live-streaming service

Agents now have the opportunity to gain inspiration for animal-loving clients, as Queensland-based Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary has 15 livestreams running, eight of which are uniquely focused on its cute and cuddly koalas.

As the world?s largest koala?sanctuary, and with six cameras set up, people can enjoy watching the young joeys and koalas relax as they lounge around eating eucalyptus leaves and snoozing.

While the cameras are not a new installation at the sanctuary, now is the perfect time, in the escalations of COVID-19, to get on board and tune in for this heart-warming content from the comfort of home.

The koala cams include livestreams of the koala forest, joey tracker, jumping koala joeys, koala pocket ultra, koala train, koala pocket close up. Koala train is very exciting as despite having plenty of places to sit, these koalas often choose to sleep stacked up in a group hug ? sometimes three or four in a row.

Koalas spend between 18-20 hours a day sleeping or dozing in order to conserve energy. Their food source, eucalyptus leaf, doesn?t provide much nutritional value and is mostly just fibre and water. The koalas at Lone Pine receive fresh eucalyptus every day which is harvested from our very own plantations where we grow all of their favourites.
