APT is celebrating the launch of its new 2019 Canada and Alaska programme with a special social media incentive aimed at generating awareness of all the best highlights the destination has to offer.
Travel agents who go to the operator?s @APTAgentClub Facebook or Twitter pages simply need to retweet or share its special ?I love Canada because?? post, while also completing the sentence, to be in with a chance to win an iPad. (The incentive runs up to August 3 and the winner will be announced on social media on August 8.)
The incentive is one of a number of ways the tour operator is encouraging agents to get behind its new programme to the destination.
Paul Melinis, the company?s managing director for UK and Europe, said: ?Canada and Alaska are incredible destinations for which APT has seen solid growth in recent years. However we believe there is still more opportunity, and the key to selling even more of this product to clients is engagement and education.
?At APT we want to share our love for Canada and Alaska, so we?re launching our new brochure with an exciting incentive, while also offering an online training module for the destination, early booking incentives for agents to pass onto their clients and a range of exceptional tours for 2019. Available to agents now, the new Canada and Alaska 2019 brochure covers Canada?s Rocky Mountains, East and West Coast; and Alaska?s Inside Passage as key highlights. A choice of two different touring styles are available, the brand?s fully inclusive Luxury holidays or Essential tours.
Agents can also enhance their product knowledge with a new Canada and Alaska training module at APT-Experts.co.uk and to help agents secure further business the operator is offering an early booking incentive, with savings of up to ?400 per couple available on reservations made before October 31.
