Fiji Airways (formerly Air Pacific) is the national airline of Fiji.
Fiji Airways route network spans 15 destinations in 10 countries, and
provides unequalled access to the Pacific throughout its Fijian hubs of
Nadi and Suva.
In June 2013 Fiji Airways took delivery of the first of its new fleet of
A330 Airbuses. A complete product overhaul followed with the delivery of
more A330 Airbuses throughout the year, and a refresh of the existing
B737s. Also in June 2013, the airline changed its name back to Fiji
Airways (the name they were originally known by back in the 70's).
The new state-of-the-art fleet has meant that the airline has been able to
increase its frequencies to its key destinations between Australia, New
Zealand, Asia and the USA to and From Fiji.
Fiji Airways now flies daily between Nadi and Los Angeles, daily between
Brisbane and Melbourne, and 15 times per week between Sydney and Nadi.
Flights from Auckland have been increased to 11 times per week to and from
Nadi, and twice a week between Christchurch and Nadi during peak times.
Increased services from both Australia and New Zealand to Suva are also
now available.
Fiji Airways service Asia with direct flights to and from Hong Kong three
times per week.
Fiji Link is Fiji Airways' domestic airline (formerly Pacific Sun).
Fiji Link connects both Nadi and Suva to key domestic destinations throughout Fiji's 333 islands.
