Agents can win a place on a Caribbean cooking class with celebrity chef, Richard Hughes, as part of a new booking incentive by Sandals Resorts and the Jamaican Tourist Board.

To enter the Jamaican Me Hungry incentive, agents need to confirm two bookings to any Sandals Resort in Jamaica before September 11.

The 16 winners will enjoy a 90-minute Caribbean cookery session with Richard Hughes’ School of Cooking at the Assembly House in Norwich on September 19. Agents will join Hughes to create a Jamaican feast - including spiced sweet potato soup, yam bread jerk chicken, rice salad and a pineapple rum and coconut cake – before tucking into the tasty Caribbean meal they have prepared.

During the culinary session, Sandals Resorts and the Jamaican Tourist Board will also present the latest news and updates.

Bookings must be confirmed and details emailed to before the competition closing date and the winners will be announced on September 12.
